IS GOOGLEDRIVE FOR ME?

Googledrive is a tool that I have been using for a while and enjoying.  My main use of Googledrive has been to communicate with and work along side my colleagues.  This assignment has challenged me to look beyond my current uses of Googledrive, and find more ways it might be used for.  Some of the ideas that I found out there in the Internet of things were pretty exciting!  Here are some of the ideas that I would would like to try and experiment with:

1.  Having students mind map simultaneously, (currently, I use an app called "Mindmap," which does great mind-mapping, but can have only one person per map at a time).  Googledrive allows more than one contributor to add to it at the same time!

2. Use Googledrive to have students edit each other's writing. They can add comments and changes in a different colour of writing.

3. Use Googledrive for students to work and share projects while they are at home- particularly project based work.

4. Use Googledrive to collect and present work done in literature circles.

5. Create a self marking quiz with Googledrive.

Here is a great image that I found useful.  It's from the site: http://www.edudemic.com/12-effective-ways-use-google-drive-education/
